As part of Dinit’s internal learning programme, our colleagues recently took part in a Design Thinking workshop focused on understanding user needs and developing more customer-centric solutions.
Through a practical business case, participants explored how to define challenges from the user’s perspective, generate new ideas, and collaborate across teams.
The key takeaway? Better solutions start with a better understanding of the user.
The workshop was led by Tina Bratkovič from the Public Institute for Entrepreneurship Promotion and Development Projects of the Municipality of Izola, who introduced Design Thinking concepts in a practical, engaging, and hands-on way.
At Dinit, we continue to invest in learning, collaboration, and innovation because creating real value for our customers starts with continuously learning how to see challenges from their perspective.
