Obvestilo o zasebnosti

Varovanje vaših osebnih podatkov jemljemo zelo resno in z njimi ravnamo zaupno ter v skladu z zakonskimi predpisi o varstvu podatkov in s tem Obvestilom o zasebnosti.

2.4 Kakšne pravice imate v povezavi s svojimi podatki?

mate pravico kadar koli in brezplačno pridobiti podatke o izvoru, prejemniku in namenu vaših shranjenih osebnih podatkov.

To analizo lahko preprečite z uporabo nekaterih orodij. Podrobne informacije o tem boste našli v dotičnem Obvestilu o zasebnosti.

Tudi tej analizi lahko ugovarjate. O možnostih ugovora v tem Obvestilu o zasebnosti vas bomo obvestili.

II.

  • naslov: Dinit d.o.o., Industrijska cesta 23, 6310 Izola, Slovenija.

III. KATERE PODATKE ZBIRAMO IN NA KAKŠNI OSNOVI?

1. Cookies

2. Datoteke strežniških dnevnikov

Ponudnik teh spletnih strani samodejno zbira in shranjuje podatke v tako imenovanih datotekah strežniških dnevnikov, ki nam jih vaš brskalnik samodejno posreduje. To so:

  • tip in različica brskalnika,
  • operacijski sistem,
  • naslov spletne strani,
  • ime gostitelja za dostop do računalnika,
  • čas zahteve strežnika,
  • IP-naslov.

The recipients mentioned in the previous section may also be located outside the European Economic Area / Switzerland. In this case, Dinit d.o.o. requires that these recipients act appropriately to protect personal data, which are laid down in a binding legal agreement, unless the destination country is recognised as a country that guarantees an adequate level of data protection. We will delete or anonymise your personal data after the expiry of the aforementioned periods.

VII. WHAT DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS DO I HAVE?

1. Information, blocking, deletion and correction

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address stated in this privacy notice (see section II) for this purpose and for further questions on the subject of personal data.

2. Right to data portability

You have the right to have data, which were sent to Dinit and processed on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, handed over to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

If you request the direct transfer of the data to another data controller, this will only be done as far as it is technically feasible.

Dinit d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse the request for the transfer of personal data if it could have a negative effect on rights and freedoms of others.

3. Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address stated in this privacy notice. The right to restrict the processing may be exercised in the following cases:

If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the check, you have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data.

If the processing of your personal data has taken place unlawfully, you can demand the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it for the exercise, defence or assertion of legal claims, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.

If you have lodged an objection (sections below), we have to verify whether our legitimate grounds override your interests. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests predominate, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data – apart from its storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest.

4. Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

If a data processing process takes place with your express consent, you can withdraw an already given consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5. Right of objection against data processing in special cases

If the data processing is carried out in the public interest or on the basis of a balancing of interests, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which a processing is based can be found in this privacy notice. If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If your personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected with such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for the purpose of direct marketing.

6. Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of data protection legislation, the persons concerned have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular at their place of residence, place of work or at the place of the alleged violation. The right of appeal exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

VIII. DATA SECURITY

Dinit d.o.o. has taken appropriate technical measures (e.g. logging, access restrictions, data security etc.) and organisational measures (e.g. instructions to our employees, confidentiality agreements, checks etc.) to ensure the security of the collected and processed data and to protect it from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, falsification or destruction. Access to the data is only permitted to those persons who need it for the performance of their duties.

This website also uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

However, security risks can generally not be completely excluded; certain residual risks are usually unavoidable. In particular, since no complete data security can be guaranteed for communication by e-mail or similar means of communication, we recommend that you choose a secure means of communication (e.g. dispatch by post) for particularly confidential information.
